We cannot start your setup until the questionnaire (displayed after this order form has been completed) has been submitted. If the questionnaire is not completed, your setup will be delayed as we cannot start the process without all information being provided.
We will contact you 5 days before the end of your trial to discuss the right subscription plan for you to go on. If we are unable to reach you and receive no reply within 5 days, we will move you onto the plan relevant to your usage.
